适用范围
为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境保护法》和《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》，防治机动车污染物排放对环境的污染，改善环境空气质量，制订本标准。本标准规定了重型汽车排气污染物排放控制系统耐久性要求及试验方法。本标准适用于采用排气后处理装置、设计车速大于25km/h 的M2、M3、N2 和N3 类及总质量大于3500kg 的M1 类机动车的型式核准和生产一致性检查对排气污染物排放控制系统耐久性的考核。凡采用排气后处理装置的机动车按GB14762-2002或GB17691-2001第II阶段、或者GB17691-2005第III阶段进行型式核准和生产一致性检查时，应满足本标准对排气污染物排放控制系统耐久性的要求。以独立技术总成进行型式核准的排气后处理装置，可执行本标准。
