【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceontheselectionofexperimentalmethodsfortheassessmentoftheecotoxicpotentialofsoilsandsoilmaterials(e.g.excavatedandremediatedsoils,refills,embankments)withrespecttotheirintendeduseandpossibleadverseeffectsonaquaticandsoil-dwellingorganisms,andhabitatmaintenanceandtheretentionfunctionofthesoil.Itdoesnotcovertestsforbioaccumulation.Genotoxicitytestsusingeukaryoticorganismsinsoilsarenotyetavailable.Itisnotapplicabletotheecologicalassessmentofuncontaminatedsoilswithaviewtonatural,agriculturalorhorticulturaluse,suchsoilsbeingofpossibleinterestwheretheycanserveasareferencefortheassessmentofsoilsfromcontaminatedsites.Noristheinterpretationoftheresultsgainedbyapplicationoftheproposedmethodswithinitsscope.
