【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60255givesgeneralrequirementsfortheinsulationcoordinationofmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipment.NOTE1Unlessotherwisestated,theterm"relay(s)"isusedasanabbreviationfortheexpression"measuringrelaysandprotectionequipment"inthisstandard.Inparticular,thisstandard,specifiesthefollowing:definitionofterms;guidancefortheselectionofclearancesandcreepagedistancesandotheraspectsrelatedtotheinsulationofmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipment;requirementsforvoltagetestsandinsulationresistancemeasurement.Thisstandardisapplicabletotheinstallationanduseataltitudesupto2000mofequipmenthavingarateda.c.voltageupto1000V,witharatedfrequencyupto65Hz,orad.c.voltageupto1500V.Thisstandardalsoappliestoassociatedauxiliarydevicessuchasshunts,seriesresistors,transformers,etc.,usedandtestedtogetherwithmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentasmentionedabove,exceptwherethedevicesarecoveredbyotherIECpublications,forexamplecommunicationinterfaces.NOTE2Requirementsforaltitudesexceeding2000mcanbederivedfromtableB.1.
