【摘要】:Thistestmethoddescribeshowtodeterminethemagneticcharacteristicsofmagneticallyhardmaterials(permanentmagnets),particularlytheirinitialmagnetization,demagnetization,andrecoilcurvesandsuchquantitiesastheresidualinduction,coercivefields,kneefield,energyproducts,andrecoilpermeability.Thistestmethodissuitableforallmaterialsprocessedintobulkmagnetsbyancommonfabricationtechnique(casting,sintering,rolling,molding,andsoforth),butnotforthinfilmsorformagnetsthatareverysmallorofunusualshape.Uniformityofcomposition,structure,andpropertiesthroughoutthemagnetvolumeisnecessarytoobtainrepeatableresults.Particularattentionispaidtotheproblemsposedbymodernmaterialscombiningveryhighcoercivitywithhighsaturationinduction,suchastherare-earthmagnets,forwhicholdertestmethods(seeTestMethodA341)areunsuitable.AnapplicableinternationalstandardisIECPublication404-5.Themagneticsystem(circuit)inadeviceormachinegenerallycomprisesflux-conductingandnonmagneticstructuralmemberswithairgapsinadditiontothepermanentmagnet.Thesystembehaviordependsonpropertiesandgeometryofallthesecomponentsandonthetemperature.Thetestsdescribedheremeasureonlythepropertiesofthepermanentmagnetmaterial.Thebasictestmethodincorporatesthemagnetspecimeninamagneticcircuitwithaclosedfluxpath.Testmethodsusingringsamplesorframescomposedentirelyofthemagneticmaterialtobecharacterized,ascommonlyusedtomagneticallysoftmaterials,arenotapplicabletopermanentmagnets.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34.thepreferredunitsandthecorrespondingvaluesappearinginthistestmethodarecustomary(cgs-emu)units.SIunitsareindicatedinparentheses.Whennecessary,derivationsofseparateequations,conversionfactorsortheinclusionofSIvalues,orboth,inthetextoftablesisspecifiedinthetext.Thenamesandsymbolsofmagneticquantitiesusedinthistestmethod,summarizedinTable1,arethecurrentlypreferredbyU.S.industry.ThistestmethodisusefulformagnetmaterialshavingHcivaluesbetween100Oeand35kOe(8kA/mand2.8MA/m),andBrvaluesintheapproximaterangefrom500Gto20kG(50mTto2T).Highcoercivityrare-earthmagnettestspecimensmayrequiremuchhighermagnetizingfieldsthatiron-coreelectromagnetscanproduct.Suchsamplesmustbepremagnetizedexternallyandtransferredintothemeasuringyoke.Typicalvaluesofthemagnetizingfields,Hmag,requiredforsaturatingmagnetmaterialsareshowninTable1.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO16063specifiestheinstrumentationandprocedurestobeusedforprimarycalibrationofaccelerometersusingthereciprocitymethodandtheSIsystemofunits.Itisapplicabletothecalibrationofrectilinearaccelerometersoverafrequencyrangeof40Hzto5kHzandafrequency-dependentamplituderangeof10m/sto100m/sandisbasedontheuseofthecoilofanelectrodynamicvibratorasthereciprocaltransducer.CalibrationofthesensitivityofatransducercanbeobtainedusingthispartofISO16063providedthatthesignalconditioneroramplifierusedwiththetransducerduringcalibrationhasbeenadequatelycharacterized.Inordertoachievetheuncertaintiesofmeasurementgiveninclause3,ithasbeenassumedthatthetransducerhasbeencalibratedincombinationwithitssignalconditioneroramplifier(thecombinationofwhichinthispartofISO16063isreferredtoasthe"accelerometer").
